Went to a pharmacy yesterday. Bought some valerian pills. Took one while eating, and two before reading in bed. Felt like sleeping early. Shut down the light as soon as my grandma was finished with the bathroom. Slept like a log, from 11/12 PM to sometime before 13PM. 
Felt better than I had been in a while. A long while.

Also, I JUST CAUGHT A SHINEY RATTATA IN POKEMON SOUL SILVER. Hell yeah ~ ♥
And I've beaten the league in White and - what the fuck is it with trainers and 60-something-leveled pokemons?! Mine are still bellow 55! And I can't use the league to train them, because their pokemons are all above level 70!
